Why am I starting a blog?

First of all because I have a lot of time on my hands. And I also wanted to. Not sure if anyone will get to read this but I shall find out. In this blog I will write about bartending, consultancy and I will start to slowly upload food & drinks recipes on. Let's see how this goes. Wish me luck.
