About Me

I've been a part of the hospitality industry for over 14 years now working in some of the best places in the UK and in the World, bartending, managing, competing, cooking, consulting, opening bars, designing menus and more. In the past 5 years I was the Creative Director of Coupette London which was named the 23rd Best Bar in the world in 2019 under my management.

In all those years I have managed to see every side of this job. I've been travelling for seminars and guest shifts and I've been helping bartenders and businesses around the world to grow and overcome their challenges.
